A087·Low-Carbon · Vegetable Oil-Wood Coating adopts newly developed "low-carbon" technology, enabling the product's environmental performance to achieve energy saving and low-carbon efficiency during production, construction, and use.

Construction Guide | CONSTRUCTION GUIDE

Substrate treatment : 320# sandpaper sanding (removing stains, wood fibers, burrs from the board surface)

Board Sealing : Primer (sealing board) water and oil barrier. Brushing

Hole Filling Treatment : Apply putty (fill wood holes and improve paint film flatness) .

Primer Application : Brush primer (fill holes and increase paint film thickness) 

Sanding treatment:  Sanding with 320# sandpaper (increases adhesion, removes residual putty from wood paths, enhances interlayer adhesion) .

Primer application : Brush primer (further level the wood path and increase paint film thickness) .

Sanding treatment:  600# sandpaper sanding (increases adhesion, smooths the paint film, and enhances interlayer adhesion) .

Topcoat application : Brush topcoat (reduces paint film surface particles for better coating effect) 

Sanding treatment:  Sandpaper sanding (making the entire paint film surface smooth and flattering, increasing adhesion) .

Topcoat application : Brushing topcoat (to give the paint film uniform gloss, color, and other decorative and protective effects, resulting in a better coating effect) 

Note:

A. When brushing or spraying, ensure even and no sagging

B. When sanding, sand evenly; avoid wear through, and remove surface dust after sanding

C. Due to differences in application methods, the number of coat passes for primer and topcoat can be adjusted according to actual needs
