This product is composed of Part A and Part B, and is mixed with cement and water using a special mixer to form a new lightweight material containing a large number of closed pores. It has characteristics of light weight, integrity, water repellency, and durability, capable of addressing water accumulation in bathroom sunken areas, reducing the overall load of buildings, and is suitable for bathrooms, floors, roof backfills, or other lightweight filling and protective layer materials.

Construction Method

Construction preparation: The base must be solid and free of debris, and the floor should be sprinkled with water to moisten it; mark control lines around the walls;

Tool preparation: Special mixer, buckets, water hose, scissors, level, steel trowel, dust mask;

Construction process: Pour about 40-45 kg of water into the special mixer; add Part A and mix for 3-5 minutes until uniform; add Part B and mix for 1-2 minutes until uniform; slowly add 50 kg of cement, mix thoroughly, then open the discharge valve and pour into the backfill, finally evenly sprinkle Part C powder on top.

Storage and Packaging

① Store at a temperature between 5-30℃, avoid direct sunlight and freezing, shelf life 12 months;

② Packaging specification: 20L/bucket.

Precautions

① Construction temperature: 5~45℃;

② Foam will form during stirring of Part A; lower the mixing speed before adding Part B to avoid foam splashing;

③ Cement must be free of clumps and lumps;

④ The filling time for each sunken box must not exceed 2.5 hours; if exceeded, divide the mixing and pouring into two batches;

⑤ The ingredients must be mixed using the designated mixer, and the mixer must be clean and free of impurities.
