Old Master. Natural vegetable oil wood paint uses natural vegetable oil modified resin and is synthesized through internationally advanced lacquer-making techniques to produce a comprehensive all-performance wood coating.

Construction method: brushing, airless spraying

Coating System and Number of Coats:

white blank (cleaning, finishing, 240 grit sanding) → one coat of primer (360 grit sanding) → two coats of crystal transparent primer (600 grit sanding) → two coats of topcoat→ surface finishing

Substrate treatment:

1. Ensure the substrate surface is clean, dry, and free of oil stains, dust, and impurities. Substrates with heavy grease tend to shrink when applying primer. It is recommended to carefully grind and clean the substrate, then wash with thinner before painting.

2. For substrates blown with hydrogen peroxide or bleach, wait at least 48 hours to dry thoroughly, then sandpaper to sand off surface residues until clean, then apply sealing paint. It is recommended to test small areas first for abnormal phenomena such as color bleeding, smudging, redness, or yellowing before applying.

Construction method:

1. Stir evenly before application. Theoretical ratio: main paint : special curing agent : thinner = 2:1:2 (the thinner amount can be adjusted according to climate, environment, brushing, and painting viscosity requirements; the remaining part can be used for tool cleaning). After mixing the paint, stir evenly, let it sit for about 15 minutes until the bubbles disappear, then apply immediately.

2. Apply multiple thin layers, not thick layers. Each painted surface must be thoroughly sand (using non-stick sandpaper) before sanding thoroughly. After removing any loose dust, the next coat can be applied. The interval between recoats should be at least 12 hours. Do not apply if the air is too humid.

Blending paint:

1. Before opening the can, invert the paint can (especially matte, semi-matte, colored paint, and clear primer cans) for 2 minutes and mix thoroughly. Then, mix the paint in the specified ratio and mix well, then filter (it is recommended to use a 200-300 mesh filter for topcoat and floor paint, and 80-200 mesh for primer). Let it sit for 15 minutes to defoam before use, which will improve the effect. If the paint is not mixed, uneven gloss will occur.

2. Before mass use, the activation period of the paint after mixing at the current temperature should be measured. After mixing, please use it within the activation period.

3. The ratio of paint to curing agent must be strictly followed by the specified ratio, and the amount of thinner can be reasonably adjusted according to specific circumstances
